How do I change the installer code and/or master code on the DSC NEO?

If you want to change your installer code, make sure you do not forget or lose it. You will have to completely default the system to get back into programming if you forget it.

• Using *8 and the current installer code, enter programming mode.
• Enter section 006.
• Go to subsection 001 to change the installer code, if desired.
• Enter the new 4 digit code.
• Go to subsection 002 to change the master code.
• Enter the new 4 digit code.
• Press # a few times to exit programming mode.
