Built in 2016, the Control4 smart control system installed by the previous dealer frequently encountered issues. After on-site inspection, the following upgrades were implemented to greatly enhance system stability:
- Added a new router and Wifi6 wireless extenders.
- Upgraded Control4 software to the latest version.
- Reconfigured multi-zone background music system and high-definition surround sound cinema system.
- Resolved the Control4 control issues with DSC security system.
- Repaired the Control4 video intercom system.
- Added C-Wire to Control4 thermostats (previously relied solely on batteries, which required frequent replacement).
- Addressed issues with remote control of the iron gate and garage door.
- Secured various wiring terminals.
This was the first time seeing a Tesla energy storage system installed in a house instead of a generator.
