Control4 HC300 System Upgrade to Control4 Core3

The house, newly built in 2012, originally had a Control4 HC300 controller based on a Linux operating system. The controller has been upgraded to the latest Control4 Core3, and the software was updated to the newest Control4 OS 3.3.3. The system was reprogrammed and integrated with 8-zone multi-room audio, 6-zone video matrix, smart lighting, and DSC security system, enabling remote control via smartphone. An Araknis 2.5GB internal network system was also added.
