Half of the lights in the house are controlled, while the other half remain constantly on. The previous company, a Western firm that installed this smart system, has come several times but failed to resolve the issue, leaving the client with no option but to shut off the lights using the circuit breaker.
Upgrade the system to the latest version 3.3.3.
Connect to Composer to locate the offline lighting modules.
Open the Control4 lighting panel and check the electrical box to ensure that the power supply to the offline lighting modules is functioning properly.
Disconnect all live wires of the offline lighting modules for 2 minutes, then reconnect them and perform a 9-4-9 factory reset.
Refresh Composer to confirm that the previously offline lighting modules are now online.
Transfer the Control4 controller to our company, activate mobile remote access, and connect the phone to the Control4 system to test that the lights can be controlled properly.
